Concrete Superintendent

Summary
Superintendents are responsible for supervising and scheduling all concrete activities at local job sites, directing staff, making sure jobs are being completed on time and on budget, and ensuring quality and safety requirements are being met.
Responsibilities
Salary is negotiable $95-125K, bonus, relocation assistance, company vehicle, medical, dental and retirement.

Responsibilities
- At least five (5) years in concrete or heavy civil construction as a job site leader
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Excellent computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely in a positive manner with team members
